Dumisani, also known as ‘The Radical Entrepreneur,’ is a successful business leader with ventures in Technology, Construction, and Education. With a background in Chartered Accountancy and an MBA from the University of Lusaka, he’s currently pursuing a PhD in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Zambia.
Heading DLN Group Limited, Dumisani oversees a range of companies, each offering specialized services. He’s renowned for organizing the Africa Must Think Conference impacting over 200,000 individuals across countries.
His commitment to entrepreneurship is evident in his ‘Championing Entrepreneurship’ campaign, including extensive walks to raise awareness. Dumisani has also served as a judge for various entrepreneurship initiatives and has conducted training sessions for notable companies like Prudential Insurance, FnB, Zanaco and Coca Cola.

Africa Must Think
Africa Must Think Conference
The Africa Must Think Conference is an annual gathering of thought leaders, entrepreneurs, activists, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the continent to deliberate and exchange ideas on Africa’s development. The conference creates a platform for dialogues on growth opportunities, challenges, and innovative solutions for sustainable development in Africa.
The Conference has in recent Past gotten bigger and better, with the 2023 conference registering an impressive attendance of 30,830 entrepreneurs at the National Heroes Stadium in Zambia, showcasing the growing interest and commitment to the African continent’s advancement. The Africa Must Think Conference is not resting on its laurels but is looking to soar even higher.
Dumisani has been the Host of the Conference from its inception in 2018 and has served as its keynote speaker multiple times. A number of notable speakers who have also graced the conference include Vusi Thembekwayo, Chibamba Kanyama, Audrey Mwala, Sonny Zulu and more.

Dumisani is such a strong advocate for entrepreneurship that he has walked over 1,035 kilometers to spread awareness. This includes a 451km walk from Congo in 2021 and a 585km walk from Solwezi to Lusaka in 2023.
Grew Up in a thatched house
A rural upbringing is not the first thing you think about when you see The Radical Entrepreneur today, however, he was born and raised several kilometers away from Lusaka, Zambia’s capital. It is here that he started his first venture, a small kiosk so many years ago.

Dumisani once owned a trucking company and once, one of his driver got into trouble with the police. When the police asked to see he owner, he was shocked to see a very young Dumisani, whom he mistook for the truck-owner’s son!
Fitness enthusiast
Believe it or not, Dumisani enjoys keeping fit. He regularly visits the gym and sweats it out. He is also a pescatarian and a proponent of healthy eating and living in general.
